Graphic Recording Kick Off betterplace

A great experience

We were absolutely thrilled with Miriam’s professionalism and talent at our kick-off event. From start to finish, the communication was needs-oriented, competent and extremely personable. Her visual recording perfectly captured and presented our most important essences and ideas of the day. Super important for us to get the new year off to a good start. The whole team was impressed with their ability to bring our concepts to life visually. A great experience that we would recommend to any company!

A pleasure every time

BIOCOM AG has been working successfully and trustingly with Miriam Barton for several years. Most recently, Ms. Barton created the complete design for a large bioeconomy exhibition at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, which was very well received by us and the thousands of visitors. We have always found her working style to be reliable and cooperative. It was and is a pleasure for us every time.”

Unreserved recommendation!

At our PSP Conference 2022, representatives from science and industry presented sustainable technologies of the future under the motto “Biotechnology & Bioeconomy – Course of the Future”.
Miriam Barton did a fantastic job of documenting our sessions and drawing the highlights to the point, even in complex scientific contexts. Unreserved recommendation!

Thank you for the great cooperation

DUH is very happy to work with Miriam Barton. Without her, our successful project “Mainstreaming Natural Capital Germany” with its communication challenges during the pandemic lockdown would not have been possible. Her graphic recording for a creative workshop was important preparation, her two video clips then an indispensable element of successful digital seminars and the continued website Startseite – Natur ist unser Kapital(natur-ist-unser-kapital.de). Thank you for the great cooperation, which was a lot of fun!

Loving and clear graphic recording

Miriam uniquely accompanied my event, MOVE – the conference for sustainability communication, with her loving and clear graphic recording. The complex content of the speakers was illustrated in a way that was easy to understand through appropriate color and symbolic representation, enabling the participants to better understand and providing starting points for a stimulating exchange about the content learned. You breathed unforgettable life into the conference. Thank you very much for that 🙂

Super job!

Thank you for the very good graphic recording at the Move Conference 23. Miriam did a great job documenting the two very dense days, transforming even unwieldy concepts such as “moral licensing” or greenhushing into drawings that all participants could relate to. Super job. Add-on: Miriam presented her recording herself. Can only recommend it. Always happy to come back!

The essence of a presentation in what feels like seconds

Graphic storytelling – Miriam’s work gives it a whole new dimension. It’s amazing how she can translate the essence of a presentation into great, inspiring and mega beautiful graphics in what feels like a matter of seconds. I was lucky enough to experience this for two days at the MOVE conference – a great way to recapitulate what was said (because it’s not always easy to write everything down in many presentations) and also for the organizers to be able to reflect again. With everyone. And: social is on: Sharing is the icing on the cake – it also gives you a nice finish and brings you into contact with people. Thank you, dear Miriam.

Extremely good listener

Miriam is a very good listener and this skill is at the heart of her work as a graphic recorder. Visually capturing our research contributions in such a beautiful and clear way helped us to see where our ideas met and where they diverged. This process in turn facilitated our thinking together and led to more dynamic, helpful conversations. (Symposium for Sensing Technologies, University of Bern, October 19-21, 2023)
